Training structure.

The program connects machine fundamentals, process control, defect analysis, and practical application in real manufacturing conditions.

Day 1 · Foundations & Core Technology

Machine Principles & Intelligent Manufacturing

  • Production safety, protection mechanisms, and die casting machine operating principles
  • Machine performance comparison and key evaluation criteria
  • Multi-stage speed and pressure settings, including filling test principles
  • Production curve and alarm analysis for normal and abnormal operating conditions
Day 2 · Defect Resolution & On-site Practice

Process Optimization & Defect Resolution

  • Case studies covering porosity, shrinkage, cold shut, flash, and other common defects
  • Production quality monitoring and preventive maintenance guidelines
  • Expert Q&A based on pre-submitted on-site production challenges
  • Factory Open Day: parameter setting, filling test and hot mold functions, and real-time data analysis

Training Highlights

Practical outcomes for participants.

Hands-on Workshop

Practice parameter adjustment, production curve analysis, and essential functions in realistic manufacturing scenarios.

Problem-led Learning

Develop a structured approach to diagnosing and correcting common, high-impact casting defects.

Advanced Manufacturing

Explore high-vacuum die casting, semi-solid forming, and ultra-low-speed injection technology.

Technical note

Module 6 covers practical implementation on Haitian equipment. Some functions are device-specific and may vary by machine model. The content is intended as a technical reference and should be applied together with the documentation for the relevant equipment.
